A malicious IKEv2 peer could crash iked(8), or cause a certificate
validation verdict to be applied to the wrong peer identity.

Apply by doing:
    signify -Vep /etc/signify/openbsd-79-base.pub -x 027_iked.patch.sig \
        -m - | (cd /usr/src && patch -p0)

And then rebuild and install iked:
    cd /usr/src/sbin/iked
    make obj
    make
    make install
